EVERETT, Wash., Sept. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Funko, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNKO) (“Funko”), a leading pop culture consumer products company, announced today a secondary offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders of Funko (the “Selling Stockholders”). The offering consists entirely of secondary shares of Class A common stock to be sold by the Selling Stockholders and Funko will not receive any proceeds from the sale of such shares by the Selling Stockholders.
J.P. Morgan is acting as the sole underwriter for the proposed offering. J.P.
